Staff are the best part but NYC pricing is just totally ridiculous. The hotel if priced approriately is totally fine for what it is but at 550 a night not so much. UN and Climate Change week is to blame for the inflated pricing.

What a cool funky place! I’ve stayed here twice now, since it’s convenient to the train station and easy to get around. And affordable! (for New York.) They have a lovely back patio where we enjoyed breakfast and dinner (from the Farmers Deli across the street). The staff is friendly and helpful. Pictures are of the “penthouse suite” (my nickname for it) a nice spacious suite with a microwave and fridge on the 5th floor.
