"Well place was far from Barcelona and it cost 25 euros one way to to go to town so it’s not worth it , it took three tries to get a hold of the the front desk . We asked to adjust the room temperature since it’s not possible for you to do , they said they will and never did ,asked for Kleenex and they never brought it to the room .room service menu is limited and they don’t answer the call anyway .nothing in that town that’s worth it .over all the stay was not enjoyable I wouldn’t recommend"

"Beautiful hotel, but definitely not a 5-star experience. While the hotel itself is gorgeous, the service is a massive letdown. The breakfast is highly stressful due to a lack of space, broken coffee machines, and illogical food layouts. Room amenities were consistently lacking (like missing spoons every morning for coffee/tea). Also all the floor tiles was loose on the balcony barley stuck down and no grout in them...this was same also for kyara bar all tiles on the outside was just wobbly and loose...not great....For my birthday, we ordered a small cake that cost €55 but turned out to be nothing more than a hollow chocolate filled with whipped cream...not a cake!! delivered with a single small plate for the two of us., the staff's attitude was poor. After our drinks were knocked over by a heavy gust of wind while we were in the pool, as we was getting out the one of the staff was half way through cleaning it up...just walked off and like it didn't happen. When we asked the bar for a replacement, they were very hesitant we had only one sip before getting into the pool.., and the cleaner actually lied and denied seeing the accident. The location has limited variety (shisha bars), and the 5-star rating is extremely confusing. It functions more like a 3-star service in a pretty building. We enjoyed our holiday and would go back, just not with the high expectations we originally had this time..."

"The room was clean, the staff was very friendly the breakfast is not worth the cost, the eggs were cold, only had scrambled eggs and also the back was cold, No natural juices and the food runs out and you have to ask the staff to supply it. They can do better with the breakfast."

"The room was clean and comfortable and the property was conveniently located. The air conditioning took a while to cool the room down and the shower did not drain well. Otherwise, it was a nice hotel but I think it is generous to refer to it as a 4* property. "

"We chose this hotel for it's proximity to the Sagrada Familia area. We just used it as a bed for a couple of nights and it was fine for that purpose. Being so close to the metro is a definite plus. The staff are also very friendly and helpful. However, the hotel itself is a little tired and in need of a refurbishment. We arrived after 11pm to check-in and there were no available hotel services after that time. We didn't use any of the additional facilities so can't comment on those."
