"We had an excellent experience. The staff was very kind and helped us with suggestions on where to eat and how to get around. Right in front of the hotel is the bus stop that takes you to the Golden Gate, and everything is close by. The airport pickup was a bit confusing since the pickup point is at the hotel across the street called Riu. Overall, we found everything lovely. We’re coming back in July and will stay here again."

"Fabulous hotel. Excellent location next to Pier 39 terrific breakfast each morning with a great variety. After checking out, hours later, my daughter realized she left her beats headphones in our room, and the staff was helpful in getting them back to her."

"Beautiful roof top view of the city with high priced food and drink, and poor variety of food. Over-priced parking! $70/night. Unsafe and filthy area outside of hotel along sidewalks to get to the Hilton Parking Garage, or go sight seeing. Hilton should provide safe free shuttle service at those fees."
