"The wild animals were all over the hotel even inside the restaurants and around/on too of the food. The pool was not clean regularly. The worst part of the overall hotel was the fact, there were no designated smoking areas making it unbearable for families with young kids to be in common areas (even open space), including dining spaces, Unfortunately, the most disappointing part, was the fact that 90% of the staff will not willingly help you IF you did not provided a tip. In fact, they even say it out loud: " if you give me a tip, I will help you with XYZ"."

"The food was good . If you request any type of food they gladly serve it. Food service was the best and the staff was the best. Yudelqui, among others, Francis the restaurant manager and all the people from the pool bar were very attentive. Yoga, stretching , painting, Zumba, magic shows. Everything was excellent"

"I would like to begin by acknowledging the exceptional hospitality provided by the resort staff. Throughout my stay, employees were consistently polite, professional, and accommodating. Unfortunately, several issues significantly impacted what was intended to be a relaxing vacation. First, I specifically booked a swim-out suite with a Jacuzzi tub due to chronic pain that I manage with hydrotherapy. After fully unpacking and settling into the room, I discovered that the Jacuzzi jets were not functioning. Although an alternative room was offered, relocating would have required packing and unpacking all of my belongings again, which would have exacerbated my pain and was not a practical solution. Second, my room (3107) did not meet expected cleanliness standards. I noticed what appeared to be food splatter stains on the walls and curtains later on the first evening of my stay. Third, I was awakened one night by loud knocking at my door from security and police personnel requesting entry into my room. Earlier that evening, I had taken medication and fallen asleep due to severe pain. My boyfriend had accidentally locked himself out and sought assistance from the front desk after unsuccessfully trying to wake me. While the security staff were polite and professional, the situation was extremely distressing. As a survivor of domestic violence who experienced a life-threatening assault two years ago, being subjected to what appeared to be a welfare check based on assumptions regar"
