"There’s no shortage of dining options, especially with access to both Breathless and Dreams Onyx. Plus, the waterpark at Dreams is a great bonus not just for kids, adults can enjoy it too! What truly made our stay unforgettable was the staff. Iveli Castillo and Janna were incredible they went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and played a huge role in helping me pull off a surprise for my partner. They made it all come together perfectly. Frank and Ari, the cart drivers, were always so friendly and helpful. Frantz and Junior at the swim-up bar at Breathless kept the energy fun and relaxed. Jan from the Xhale Club restaurant, along with Peter, Anthony, and McGuill at the Dreams swim-up bar in the waterpark, were also fantastic. And Marty at the beach towel hut was great as always. This was our second time staying here, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit!"

"We stayed there for 4 nights. The whole experience was wonderful. The place is really big and wide, you will be exhausted by walking but they provide frequent cart services all the time. Amazing food and beautiful events to cheer up the stay. "

"This place was absolutely gorgeous. The staff was AMAZING and entertaining. The buffet food wasn't bad but wasn't great. The reserved meals we had were the best meals of the week. We were a little disappointed we didn't know to reserve dinners the first night, so most of us had to eat the buffet every day. Next time, I will try to reserve BEFORE I get there. Also, we reserved the catamaran, and the guy running it gave our reservation to someone else and wasn't friendly. Other than that, it was the best birthday EVER!!! The drinks were excellent, and the activities were fun. The entertainment staff really made it an experience to remember. Our rooms were always cleaned and stocked. I will say the electricity went out a few times but always came back within 5-15 mins. Remember, this is still in the Dominican Republic. This never bothered us or got in the way of our good time. It WAS a heavy storm when it happened."
