Great Place! Clean, friendly staff, dinners at the resort were fantastic! We had my son's wedding there and they were very accommodating. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a vacation or a celebration, etc.

The staff at Zoetry Aqua was exceptional. Everyone went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. From our concierge Luis to all the staff. In particular the staff at Piragua. Johanna and Natalie were amazing. The chef in piragua even made us a delicious sancocho with a day notice. The staff truly go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed. The spa service was also amazing. The only recommendation I would give other travelers is to book this hotel out of the Sargassum season to enjoy the ocean water. But the property pools were prestige and refreshing.

Zoetry Agua Punta Cana is an excellent all-inclusive resort if you are looking to relax, but have a little entertainment as well. The food and drinks are high quality, and there are a variety of activities available throughout the day. No big crowds so you do not need to worry about reservations or not being able to attend an event. The staff is very attentive and friendly. Highly recommend.

Everything was perfect actually, just the menu, my wife and i would love authentic Dominican food i’d be great if you can possibly add that to the indigo cafe. Besides that whats not to love? Peace and serenity. Right next to the beach .. we’ll be back for sure. Amaya was our fav resturant to eat from! Ps. your wonderful and well mannered staff made us feel welcomed and right at home juan-carlo our baggage handler down to Luis who took us to our rooms and our concierge Elhamzer and Wandy who went above and beyond by loaning me a phone changer, keep up the great work.

Brought my wife and kids here to celebrate my wife's 50th birthday. This resort has been one of the nicest and most relaxed resorts I have ever been too! I ended up renting a suite and it was so well maintained and cleaned daily. The staff was very friendly and helpful if the staff didn't know they would go out of the way to find someone who would know. I ended up booking a family spa day and it did not disappoint us at all!! The massages were amazing as well as the steam room, sauna, and jacuzzi. We didn't spent much time at the pool due to the fact that we had a plunge pool in our room. But when we did go it was relaxing as well. The kids sat by the bar area ordering pizzas and drinks. The pool is nice there is an infinity pool and a regular pool. We also went to the beach where we ended up doing some snorkling as well as kayaking on the ocean. My wife and I are already trying to plan another trip back to Zoetry!!!!
