La Casa is a charming, standalone property located just 140 metres from the Monreale Cathedral, in the heart of the historic centre. La Casa spans three levels, offering a unique and intimate layout. On the ground floor, you’ll find the private entrance leading to the kitchen, which features slightly lower ceilings (2.20 metres), creating a cosy and intimate atmosphere. The ground floor houses a comfortable bedroom with a French bed. Continuing to the second floor, you’ll find a small bedroom with a single bed and a bathroom. Upon request and for an additional fee, you can request a fourth bed suitable for children.

Equipped with air conditioning to ensure maximum comfort in every season, this house is the ideal choice for small groups or families of up to three people seeking an authentic experience in one of Sicily’s most picturesque locations.

Located in a historic setting, just a short walk from the bus and taxi terminals, it allows you to easily get around the city of Palermo or the seaside towns not far from the Sicilian capital.
