The kitchen area became the hub of entertaining as it lended itself beautifully to cooking...

"Very clean, fresh smelling, warm and cosy property in a quiet area. Tastefully decorated and truly a home from home. Added bonus of private parking right by back gate. Travelling with two teenagers, we had plenty of space and all the comforts of home. Our hosts made us feel very welcome and even decorated the house for Christmas as we were staying in the property during this time. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a cosy home away from home."

"3 generations of family plus dog stayed over the Christmas period and the house was perfect for our needs and we loved the Christmas tree! Plenty of space for all, clean, beautifully decorated in character to the house, en-suites appreciated, loved having the fire on after woodland walks from the door. Great location easy for accessing Henley and local National Trust properties and we managed a lovely meal at the pub too. Would definitely return - thank you for a fabulous stay!"

"We let the house for a few days of the Henley regatta. Absolutely wonderful staying steps away from the river. This is a lovely home in a remarkably beautiful setting. Rooms are spacious and well appointed, kitchen efficient and modern, living areas very comfortable, and the garden is a gem. We are absolute fans, and will return. The owners were very flexible with our changing schedules and easy to work with."

"Absolutely a wonderful home with all one needs for a stay. Well stocked kitchen and ample room. Had a small issue with the heat on first day, but the owner immediately responded and fixed. It is very close to town with a 5 min walk via path. The train light show was very nice. The trains stop at 10 pm so no overnight rumbles."

"2 friends meeting up 1/2 way between our homes. Beautiful annex, clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. Julie & Toby (the dog) greeted us in a very friendly way. Everything we needed and more. Washing Machine, Dish Washer, Fridge and separate freezer. Bread, Milk, Butter and bottled water and chocolates! Peaceful location, our new half way bolt hole. "We stayed here for a few days after Christmas to be near family members. The rooms were all great size for us and the property looked to have been fairly recently redecorated. Nice quiet residential street, which we were conscious not to disturb too much during our visit. We'd stay here again."

"PROS: Clean, comfortable beds. Nice to have a full kitchen to cook and save money by not eating out as much. Washer & dryer combo was a must since we had a long vacation in the UK. Beautiful, large bathroom. Having a larger shower was a joy after being in much smaller ones in previous rentals. Wifi was fast. Enjoyed watching some favorite British shows on the TV. Quick 15 minute walk to the rail station was very convenient. CONS: The washer & dryer combo was very loud and vibrated the floor....

"The property has plenty of living space and was very clean and tidy. There was ample parking and it was in a good location for getting into Winchester. The bus stop was very close by as well and it was a short bus ride into the city. The purpose of our stay was to see family who had an event at Sparsholt College. This was easy to get to so the property was in a good location for us. The property is close to a road which passes under a nearby viaduct which greatened the noise of passing...

"Thoroughly enjoyed the independence that Two Bare Feet gave me Staying in conventional hotels around the country can become a chore. Its location with its five minute walk into the city centre makes it ideal The facilities and cleanliness were second to none. Only thing to let it down is the lack of property parking but overnight parking is around £7.30 a night and is an inconvenience not ideal for everyone. That said I would recommend it and would certainly stay there again Many thanks again...
