Located in the town hall district, shops and transport are nearby. Beach 17 minutes walk. 10 minutes by car from Monaco. Furnished and equipped with oven, washing machine, refrigerator, and stovetop. Comprising a 14m² living room with a 140x190cm bed, kitchenette, and dining area: coffee maker, toaster, and oven. 7m² bathroom with electric water heater. Sleeping arrangements: a 140x190cm bed suitable for 2 people of moderate weight. Located on the mezzanine. A single sofa bed. An additional single bed (possible) is also available.
