"The place was dirty, dirty floors, dirty bathroom, bugs in the bed. Still had last guest’s toothbrush most likely from 6 months ago given IT’s condition left on the hot water tank valves. Dogs running around the street at night fighting with each other. Looks nothing like IT’s pictures as posted. Will never, ever stay there again. Horrible place. "

"Although I tipped her in my first stay, the receptionist claimed that the room I had booked & confirmed was no longer available and I need to cancel & re-book a bigger room, she also requested that I pay directly at the hotel and not via Expedia (Basically an attempt to grab more money). "The hotel is clean, but recaption staff are not professional. The gym is poor condition with equipment and opens from 10am till 10pm. I reserved the largest sweet and it’s small compared to other hotels. Bed are bad mattress everyday you’ll have back pain and ache. They try to squeeze money on normal services like asking for ice bucket which is free in all the hotels around the world. "
