The kitchenette on this level is fully equipped with 4 hot plates, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, and a microwave. Also on the ground floor is 1 double bedroom featuring a television, air conditioning, and forced-air heating. The ground floor further includes a shower room with bidet and WC, as well as a separate WC.

On the upper floor, a second double bedroom is available, also featuring a television, air conditioning, and forced-air heating, with direct access to a 2 m2 balcony.
