Located in a prestigious apartment building with an lift, the apartment is perfect for exploring Modena and the surrounding area.

Master bedroom with a generously sized double bed (180x200 cm, 25 cm mattress for optimal rest) and a large window overlooking Via Antonio Scarpa.
Double room with a bunk bed (80x190 cm, max 150 kg), also ideal for adults.
A cot can be added.

Two bathrooms: one en suite in the master bedroom, the other accessible from the hallway, both fully equipped with all fixtures and a shower.

The apartment is automated; once you’ve made your reservation, you’ll receive a message via Airbnb chat with the instructions needed to complete check-in.

We are in the Historic Centre, which is part of the ZTL (Limited Traffic Zone): We provide a free permit to park in front of the building.

Outside the ZTL, parking is metered until 8:00 p.m. and from 7:00 a.m. along Viale Martiri della Libertà
paid covered parking on Viale Trento Trieste (Ferrari Parking).

The apartment is conveniently located for reaching the train station thanks to the many bus lines at Largo Garibaldi and along Viale Martiri della Libertà. Alternatively, it’s a 1.2-kilometer (20-minute) walk.

Access is guaranteed by the Vikey system, which allows you to unlock the front door and building doors after submitting your documents.
