In three weeks of travelling this is the first JR HOTEL. It is also the first hotel where we have arrived before check in and arrived back after exploring the area whilst waiting to find our luggage had been delivered to our room . Excellent service thankyou!

Nice and modern hotel. Had the largest bathroom I've seen in any hotel in Japan. Convenient location near to the train station.

From station to hotel in less than 10min.
The location is great as it is just beside the JR station! It is a relatively new hotel so room are is good condition

とても清潔感のあるホテルでした。 私は少しの音でも目が覚めてしまうので、ホテルの防音性（他の部屋のドアの開け閉めの音や、廊下を通る人の話し声が聞こえるか）をかなり重要視しています。こちらのホテルは多少聞こえるものの他のホテルと比較して十分に満足出来ました。

This hotel locates beside JR station and bus stop. Good access from/to the airport. Hotel staffs in the reception are friendly. A little away from downtown area ( about 10 mmutes on foot), but there are a supermarket near the hotel ( a few munites on foot), so I did not have any problem.

接客は良かったと思います 遅くチェックインした段階でお部屋をグレートアップしていただいてありがたかったのですが 部屋に入るとタバコの匂いがかすかにしてずっと気になりました 空気清浄機をつけましたが吸わない私にとっては消えない匂いでしたので 確認できれば良かったと思いました

朝食が最悪です。無料のサービスならいいですが、1700円であれでは。おまけに狭いので30分以上待たされた日がありました。ようやく食事だと思ったらカラトリーが無く、指摘してからも随分待ちました。濡れていたので、洗ったのでしょうか。数も用意されていないのかな、と思いました。
