The hotel staff were very helpful and cheerful. Our room was very clean and had a nice view of Central Station and the canal area. Very proximate to a lot of restaurants and quaint old bars. Quick walk to Centrall Station. Would definitely stay here again.

A fantastic location for exploring Amsterdam. Also perfectly located for the train to and from the airport-much cheaper than taxi. We had a room at the front for 2 adults and 2 children. We stayed Sunday to Wednesday and didn't get much noise during the night. Breakfast is good and plenty of choice. Staff were all helpful and friendly.

Great location, great standard of service and very comfortable beds. Strange room 353 layout where you take six steps down from the doorway to access the bedroom area although the bathroom is on the same level as the doorway.

This was a great hotel with spacious rooms and a delicious breakfast. It was in a very good location, close to everything we wanted to see. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go.

Property is close to the train and lots of restaurants, good for discovering Amsterdam! I was not fond of the beds amd pillows, bed was very hard. As I was checking out, a staff member told me I should have asked for a mattress topper, I smiled and said thanks. That would have been useful information at check-in. Hotel also doesn't have a microwave, so hope you like cold leftovers. If you enjoy staying inside hotels on vacation, this place os great. Restaurant and bar inside with a lovely café just next door. Great water pressure as well.
