Wonderful hotel with impeccable service. Really quiet and clean pools, good onsen and attentive service. We stayed in the Club Wing, and the lounge facility is great. Only downside is the local beach - perfectly clean and has many lifeguards, but man made and has no marine life. It’s not far to another beach in Bise that is fantastic for snorkelling though. For us, this was only a small drawback and the whole family left wanting to stay again.

The whole property, amenities, staffing was all fantastic. I specially loved the slippers that were complimentary and all water facilities were fantastic! Loved it and amazing experience for all my family. The rooms were gorgeous

My second time there. THE GOOD: Beachfront hotel, with every room looking out over a beautiful ocean view. I had a loft room, it was so spacious and very nicely done - completely different from the quiet old exterior of the hotel. The staff there is always warm and friendly, whoever was at the reception. THE NOT SO GOOD: Only one: The breakfast there is a big disappointment. Basically everything was bland, and boring, and of bad quality - be it the bad juices, the soft croissants, stale...

Our stay started by arriving and parking in the car park, no issues there or when checking in. We had a larger room in the annex building with washer dryer and large tall ceilings almost a open plan apartment. The quality of furnishings was high, the beds were comfy and came with a normal pillow and also weighted pillow which was a nice touch. The laundry / twin sink (his and hers) area was of high quality and clean. two free sachets of washing machine detergent were supplied at no additional...

Great hotel with large rooms. I stayed as one person in a twin room and there was ample space with a separate kitchen/dining area, and balcony with a fantastic view of the sea. Staff were also very friendly. The hotel is situated next to a bus stop with options to take you to Naha City and the Airport. Lots of dining options within the resort and within walking distance.

The staff were super friendly. The little amenities provided went above and beyond. They surpassed expectations considering what we spent for the night. The rooms are very small (almost podlike) but comfy and well designed. But the welcome cocktails are epic, the self service soft drinks, the free ice cream on arrival, the little products they offer, the breakfast and the small nice onsen. Extreme value for money. Enjoyed it very much. Our one night stay impressed us. Thank you

loved the hotel vibe, great for families and solo travellers. Great option for activities, highly recommend jet skiing and snorkelling. beach direct access. swimming pool and jacuzzi great. however you would need to pay parking if brinigng a car which is not good as the per day rate are quite high. hilton should not charge for parking.

The place is very clean, cosy and nice.

Friendly and courteous staff, housekeeping very forthcoming and service-oriented. Room absolutely clean, amenities have been replenished every day. Beach with wonderful water close to the Hotel ; Beach itself clean and in good condition. Hotel facility well maintained with beautiful flowers and palm trees.

The beach is in front of the hotel, and the hotel has the marine activity counter, which we found it was so convenient. Also the hotel was running a small summer fair on the ground floor, and my 7 years old enjoyed it. We would like to come back to this hotel again.

Far off the beaten path is this very peaceful hotel, Agato-san has made something truly unique here. The owner and staff are very attentative when needed but very respectfully absent to enjoy your own space and time. The room itself is wonderful, a true amount of care has gone into the design and function has been blended with form seemlessly. Anytime i return to Okinawa i aim to be here for my escape. Outstanding 5 star hotel that lived up to its rating. Everything worked just as it should do. Very well managed at all levels of staff.

Spa is wonderful and relaxing. You should use every day Staff friendly and provided good advice. Car always ready when we needed it Food really good and filling including breakfast and cocktail hour Room very comfortable. We had requested sunset view not realising that it overlooks the entrance and carpark rather than straight out over the beach/sea Nothing was too much of an issue. There are other restaurants in the same hotel resport som you could stay on site all the time...

I rarely rate properties but this hotel is simply amazing. 10/10 , amenities , staff , restaurants, location, atmosphere, design. Would happily return to this Okinawan paradise. Breakfast options were also fantastic.
