"The house and back yard is lovely, plenty of room and in a great location for what we needed. I do recommend a larger bin in the kitchen considering the size of the house and how many people it is capable of holding. The bed and mattress in the main bedroom needs to be upgraded. The bed looks to be on the cheaper side and i was concerned we were going to fall through it, and the mattress is thin and uncomfortable that i left with back pain that actually hurt me to breath. "This is a "Tiny" house - very small to what we expected but at least it has a large verandah with an outdoor table & seats plus 2 sun chairs where one can sit out and admire the lovely mountain view. Ample power points. Firepit out the front with BBQ hotplates & mesh grill was used every day & for us this was the highlight and the reason we chose this property. The immediate surrounds are untidy and ugly - mainly old building debris which should be cleaned away if it's to be used for...

"The house not clean enough. Garage was locked. Matter wire was sticking out and there was risk of injury. When requested for extension of one night, the was very uncooperative and argued back saying he would change $1000 per night. The place was beautiful but accommodation not really recommendable. Sorry."
