A short but very pleasant stay at the hotel. As I was visiting relatives I didn't use all the hotel facilities but the room was large, quiet and comfortable, albeit a bit dark. Breakfast was excellent as I expected.

2 good nights sleep. Good size room. King sixe bed and matress zzzzzz. Both meals and breakfasts were great. The staff are very pleasant and polite. They actually look like they enjoy working there. This could be because it is an NHS run hospital so less stressful on the staff. The views are of the River Clyde. Both days we watched the last ocean going steam paddle ship sail past it is the best sight and sound.

This hotel does what it says in the tin. Central, clean, easy to walk everywhere. It is a no frills hotel but had everything you need and the room was completely refreshed for my second night. Bed was very comfortable and it was nice to have a room where you can open a window and not have to rely on air conditioning.(for some reason I was given an ‘acessible room’ which did make me smile. Huge bathroom. My only minor niggle was the water pressure in the shower, there wasn’t any and it was a...

Very handy for the SEC, we had a pizza here for dinner which was well priced and good quality, perfect for a quick meal before a show. Breakfast had an excellent choice.

This great hotel is only around ten miles (20 minutes drive when not too busy) from Glasgow Airport and, although only a few minutes drive from the motorway, is actually within a very peaceful residential area right next to the Botanic Gardens. It is a short distance from the nearest underground station, and the 6 and 6a buses also take you into the city centre from here. I walked, and found the city centre easily, only about 25 minutes to get there on foot. Glasgow University and Kelvingrove...

Stay in hotels great but check in and difficulty establishing our booking was stressful and disappointing. Staff did all they could but the buck stops with Hotels.com and taking money then another provider getting cash! Total break down in relation to booking

Staff were so nice and very helpful from time we arrived. Hotel had been recently upgraded and was lovely, very clean and fresh. Bed was a dream, so comfortable.
Everything on doorstep. Shops and restaurants galore. Really enjoyed our stay.

I have stayed in this hotel many times before. It is situated in the west end of Glasgow on the junction between Byres Road and Great Western Road. This gives you easy access to the amenities of the city centre via the subway on Byres Road but it’s less congested than the city centre. There are easy access to green spaces in the city, the Botanic Gardens and Kelvingrove. The hotel is very comfortable with an excellent breakfast. The staff have always been very helpful and friendly, to me anyway....
