"The bathroom shower was the only reason for the 4 star rating there are no walls or partitions so everything gets wet. The concept is good however the execution is lacking. Great location and very nice facility"

"We've stayed in a few 4/5 star hotels and we know that those ratings don't mean a lot but my observations: - Best shower I've ever used by a long shot, and genuinely very clean. - Huge bed, like huge huge - Lots of space etc Now the weird: - pillows were just full of lumps of stuffing, basically the worst pillow I've ever slept on - the bed made up for our 5 y/o son was on a pull out sofa (no probs, they always are) the problem was instead of a duvet / bed sheet, the blanket was a plushy throw & honestly I wasn't convinced it wasn't the sofa throw - had it even been washed. We didn't raise this with the staff as we all just slept in the main bed in the end. - Net curtains were basically disgusting, I think one of the stains was from vomit. How bizarre, it was like genuine luxury mixed with random bits of travel lodge type shenanigans."

"The hotel was very clean and well kept. The staff were lovely and very helpful, and the room itself was also clean and well kept. I loved the RGB lighting and the air con worked great. Also, the options for breakfast as someone who's vegan and gluten free were also good."
