"We recently stayed at the Holiday Inn and had such a wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful from the moment we arrived. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location, but what made the biggest difference was how genuinely caring the team was. "Great location, safe to walk, close to grocery, cafes and restaurants. Easy access to station. I was not aware that we were going to stay in basement floor. The information on site must be transparent and clear. Areas for improvement; 2 bunk beds, slippery steps. I fell down and hurt my arm. Kitchen utilities are very poor. Plastic plates, cookware are not healthy. Mini oven is to small to handle. We could not cook meal. You can hear the conversation and any other sounds from upstairs. When they wake up, you wake up for sure!!"

"When I checked in, the room smelled overwhelmingly of bleach or clorox. The window was screwed shut so I had to sit in the room for an hour with the door open to air it out. After an hour I had to go out to get rid of a headache from the smell. I returned after midnight and the room still smelled. Tried to sleep through it but it was unbearable. The bed only had a thin top sheet, no ac/heater that I could see and the walls were so thin, I could hear everything above and next door. No towel rails anywhere so you had to hang towels from coat hangers. At three am I was still awake so I gave up and drove the 5 hours home."

"Booked a non smoking room, room obviously smelled of smoke. In the 2-3 hours we were there, people were yelling, fighting, and you can hear EVERYTHING, including every car that drives by on the road. If you are a light sleeper, this is not the place for you. Hotel refused to work with us on a refund when the room they provided was not matching what we booked."
