"I don't know of any traveler who likes to walk into a hotel after a long day of travelling, and have the front desk say you can't check in until...whatever time. 3:00PM or 4:00PM. But if the hotel is sold out, and rooms are fully booked, it's just not possible sometimes if guests check out late, and the rooms haven't been turned, And if you have a special request on top of that? Good luck. I have to say, the front desk staff was outstanding, every single person I had the pleasure of meeting during my 8 day stay. A very special thank you to front desk manager Katara Thorton, who went above and beyond to honor my special request and make things easy for me. It was just so thoughtful and considerate. Made our stay. Everything about the hotel is great. We had a terrific stay. Thank you!!"
