The hotel is very nice and close to most things in New Haven. It's right off the highway. I stayed for 3 nights and truly enjoyed the restaurant downstairs for breakfast and dinner. The bar was the spot each night. Staff were friendly and had great customer service. The rooms are great too!

It’s a solid place to stay at for a base point to travel around the area. It helps to get a car for traveling though as transit is non-existent around there.

I met Dee, she was with the housekeeping staff. She was the sweetest, most kindest soul I’ve met. She had my room ready to go. I requested an early check in due to an overnight flight from Los Angeles and travel for 13 hours. I fell sleep for 6 hours at 10:00a! The staff was able to check me in right away. I also ran into Dee later at CVS, small place - New Haven! I’ll see you all next year and for my son’s graduation 2028!

Great stay! I arrived late due to a flight delay, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was very clean, the restaurant food was terrific, and easy parking option. The location is an easy walk to Yale and good restaurants, although feels a little unsafe at night, but that’s most places around New Haven. My only recommendation is to bring your own shampoos and soaps, otherwise 5 stars!

At the end of a month long visit of colleges on the east coast. Stayed in many hotels along the way. Cambria New Haven was a wonderful way to end our trip. Absolutely the best front desk experience with outstanding customer service and genuine care and concern for our comfort and convenience. Very clean front lobby, modern and new. Rooms were roomy and comfortable.
