We had an excellent experience from check-in to check-out! The front desk and bell hop were friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out was quick and uneventful. The king-sized room was perfect for a one-night stay. The bed was SUPER comfortable and the room was quiet. The gym was well-equipped, with proper cardio machines, some weight machines, free weights, benches, and mats. There are plenty of restaurants along the street outside and easy to get around.

I have stayed here before. From check in to check out, staff were extremely helpful and supportive. Valet parking was quick and easy. When I arrived there were emergency vehicles in the street attending a situation at another business and the parking/conceirge came out and helped direct me through all the vehicles. Room was clean and comfortable. I could not adjust the aircon to a higher temperature but was not an issue. Plenty of storage space and nice view from the room. Had drinks in the bar with family and bar staff were really professional and cocktails well made. Will stay here again.

Great stay. Central location. Appreciated the festive welcome on 4th of July with free American-themed snacks. Friendly staff and wonderful room. Only complaint would be pillows were not comfortable.

My recent stay at the Omni New Haven was truly excellent. The hotel reception staff were super helpful and amazing at both check in and checkout, the room was super clean and well appointed and breakfast was delicious. The Omni will be my hotel choice whenever traveling to New Haven.

The room was clean, the check-in process was very smooth, staff were very friendly and helpful in providing all necessary info. Self parking is available for $25/night, street parking is mostly metered parking. Hotel lobby provided lemon water. The location is perfect, so convenient to get to restaurants and bars. Walkable distances to Yale. Would like to come back to this hotel if travelling to this area again.

The safe was amazing and very kind and helpful. The roof top restaurant was subpar, dinner was much better than Breakfast. The biggest complaint I have is how loud the noise is outside of the hotel. There were massive amounts of young people partying in the streets, yelling, fighting, and dangerously riding motorcycles ripping through the streets. We were on the 17th floor and could hear it like it was right next to us. This isn’t the hotels fault but definitely think law enforcement can and should do more.

The staff was great but this property was last updated probably 30 years ago. It is really really old. We were having something to eat at the roffotop bar and the ceiling started leaking water out of three light fixtures and flooding the bar area.

I would 100% stay here again. Prefect location only blocks away from Yale University. Convenient and walkable to lost of attractions. The staff was extraordinarily helpful. The hotel has a nice restaurant and bar on the 19th floor with a beautiful view of Yale Campus. Some reviews stated the decor was dated so I was a bit apprehensive, but I was pleasantly surprised. True, the underground parking garage is a bit tight but parking overnight was only $25 and that's a deal where I come from. Plus I got a great room rate on Expedia.
