The staff was very helpful and friendly, and the room was clean. A heads up: I stayed on a Saturday night, and one of the restaurants a block away was VERY loud, with revving motorcycles until VERY late. If you're there on a weekend night, ask for the quiet side of the building!

We had a pleasant experience with New Haven Hotel. Check-in and check-out were very smooth and fast. The hotel staff, especially the front desk staff, were very friendly, warm, and helpful. The hotel's location was great, right in New Haven Business district and walkable to Yale University campus. We would highly recommend this hotel if you are planning to visit Yale or New Haven.

Such a wonderful stay and incredible staff. Stayed for a friends wedding with my mum and we have fallen in love with this hotel. Can’t wait to come back! Stephanie Lee at reception was so incredibly kind and helpful. The gym and laundry amenities were just what I needed after 2.5 weeks of travelling. Finally the rooms were clean, had luxurious touches like robes and most importantly the beds were incredibly comfortable.
