A bright and cosy studio apartment located on the ground floor of a building from the 1920s, completely renovated and equipped with an lift (please note: there are a few steps to climb to reach it), just a short walk from the Maciachini M3 subway stop, the new Isola Garibaldi area, and the Niguarda area. The apartment is equipped with all the main amenities, independent heating, and Wi-Fi. You’re welcome!

The 36-square-meter studio apartment is just a short walk from many of the city’s major tourist attractions and entertainment venues. It’s easily accessible from Central Station, as it’s just a few metres from the M3 subway line (Maciachini stop) and Tram No. 4.

There are several supermarkets and restaurants nearby (Lidl, Market, Carrefour, Esselunga), as well as Alcatraz, a famous live music venue.

It is part of a revitalisation project for the Isola/Garibaldi area and is just a few hundred metres from one of the city’s green lungs, Milan’s Parco Nord.

The apartment features a fold-away double bed, a kitchenette with an induction cooktop, a conventional oven, and a dishwasher, as well as a TV. Bathroom with shower stall and washer-dryer.

NO BIDET, NO A/C

Just a short walk from the apartment, you’ll find a 24-hour supermarket, a nice café for breakfast, lunch, and aperitifs, and the City of Milan’s bike-sharing service.
