The well-appointed apartment is located in a historic building right on the Naviglio canal. Very clean with air conditioning to retreat comfortably to after walking all day on the medieval cobblestone streets of Milan. There are shops and restaurants within steps of the front door, and in the evenings the canal comes alive with many popular eateries just across the bridge. We had a coffee and pastry each morning at the Café on the corner and gelato sitting beside the water in these hot afternoons of July. The beds were comfortable, and it was very helpful to have a washing machine to use! The apartment is gorgeous (!) and within easy walking distance to public transport. Will definitely come back here when we are in Milan! ##### Heather V.
