It’s a lovely hotel in an extremely convenient location, right across from the subway station that whisks you to the center of Milan in just a few minutes. The hotel has a pleasant scent, and the cleaning products used in the rooms have a delicate fragrance, which I appreciate. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom spacious with a lovely shower. The rooms are modern and fresh. Breakfast was excellent with a delightful assortment of pastries. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall, a delightful experience—I will definitely stay again.

Terrible noise isolation with the road nearby
I got a room on the ground floor with the windows facing the road. The floor seemed to vibrate whenever a tram or bus goes by. The noise at night was terrible. The room is clean, as described, close to metro station, and nice staff.

The people out there were kind and helpful. Amazing location, near to metro, tram n train. Hotel is neat and clean.all basic essentials present. Super market is very nearby.

Convenient location, good service, but ugh
Location is good next to Zara metro. Wifi was good. Service at the front desk was very helpful. But OMG the groundfloor room was depressing, and the toilet was IN the shower, with the floor that didn't drain. Not for me.

I did not get to stay because I accidently booked for 3rd May instead of 3rd June. I was not very pleased because although it was a special price it was still £150 with no changes allowed, it was a genuine mistake on my part and I asked 3 times if I could change to 3rd June. I never got a reply. They kept my money anyway, but I felt it was mean. I wasn't cancelling and I knew they rooms free on the 3rd June, so what would the problem be?

Unacceptable room condition
The location is acceptable as it is about 15mij walk to Milan Central. The workmanship of the hotel room was pretty poor such as faulty power outlet, toilet door being jammed and shower screen door not closing properly. I was close to lift and I could hear the humming of the lift at night.

Great breakfast and customer service! I really enjoyed my one night stay here. It’s close to the metro, the room was cozy and the breakfast was ample with good quality foods. There were lots of choices and they provide proper coffee which they prepare as you wish in the moment. I would definitely come back here and recommend. Good value and very content with my stay.

the room was cold. The extra blankets smelt bad (like of smelly feet). We had to change rooms and waste time as the toilet and shower were literally a few cms apart which meant there was water everywhere. Won't be back.

Ok for one night
Pretty decent, but ac did not adjust to the temperature we put it too. It was really tiny so kind of uncomfortable for a family. The area was not that good in my opinion, breakfast was great actually and the restaurant at the hotel ehhhhhh :/ food had no flavor, and we ate there twice to give them the benefit of the doubt

Staff was helpful and polite, very good attitude - one of the best services I encountered in Italy, and probably in Europe. Location - hotel is 50m from subway station - yellow and purple lines. Air-con working well. Bathroom - water can flow to the rest of the room, still using cheap plastic shower curtains! Hairdryer situated opposite of shower head(!) - we used a towel to cover it to prevent it from being wet during shower. Opened windows for some fresh air - had to deal with mosquitoes and spiders (found and removed 2). One hanger only available in closet. TV size smaller than my notebook, and only Italian channels available. Only one power point to charge devices.

Excellent budget hotel 15 minutes easy walk from central station and 20 metres from metro station Zara (7 minutes to Duomo) single room was small but clean and bed comfortable. Perfect shower. Basic breakfast with cereal, cakes, cold meats and cheeses. Friendly staff.

Friendly modern hotel, convenient location
Clean modern Hotel, lovely staff, enjoyed our stay and would happily return. Staff were able to recommend a good restaurant within a few minutes walk. Not a majorly touristy area, but we liked that.

Small friendly hotel. Clean, helpful staff. The Night Manager was the most helpful hotel worker, I have ever experienced. Really nice friendly guy, the hotel is in a residential neighbourhood. 50 metres from a metro which connects directly to central station 2 stops and Duomo maybe 7 stops which is the central square. Only downside is I would say the aircon wasn't great.

Only there one night, and it's a bit far away to get to the sights, in the short time I had, but it was a lovely, modern room, immaculate and stylish. Great welcome on arrival and then the young man told me where to go to have a drink and something to eat, just locally, two blocks away. It was so good: Deus Café, so be sure to go. Next morning the reception lady was also really kind. She booked and printed up my train ticket for me. The breakfast was so generous, with fresh cappuccino, hot out of the oven croissants, and lots of cheeses, meats, fruit. Really one of the best I've had anywhere.

Hotel Zara Milano :)
This hotel was good value, about 35 minutes north of the Duomo in the centre of Milan. Staff were friendly and helpful. Modern rooms and breakfast was included.

I'd stay again
Staff was amazingly nice to us, the guy at night shift is definitely the best. Metro station right outside, walking distance from the train central station and the bars and clubs I was after. Very nice bed, powerful shower and great breakfast Only thing they do need to include in the rooms is a Don't disturb sign to hang on the door
