Great staff. Nice gardens and breakfast. Nice hotel. Close to what we wanted to see and a nice neighborhood. Good Resturant recommendations from staff too. Bed was comfortable.

By far the best Hotel I stayed when I am in Milan

Good things are first. This hotel in terms of cleaniness, breakfast buffet, comfort and hotel staff, was by far the best I have stayed during my trips to Milan. It is a little bit far from places I go such as Duomo, but still ranks the top. Keep up the good work!

Good location near metro station

Not good Took ages to get the room when we checked in , staff did not seem very efficient Once we got the room , it took another half an hour for the luggage to come to the room that to after reminding them The drainage of the bath tub was very slow, not resolved even after complaining However the room was good and very quiet, managed to have good sleep Overall the staffs'attitude was less than satisfactory

Overall, our stay was quite pleasant. The buffet breakfast was fantastic. The bathroom was very spacious and consisted of a towel warmer. My only complaint is that I was completely ignored/overlooked while standing in line to ask a question about the spa. The hotel staff didn't acknowledge me until one of the guest who had just left the counter motioned for me to approach the counter. This did not make me feel appreciated as a guest.

Pros: Its a cool hotel in a cool city.
Cons: See above re swimming pool
Location: Milan. What to do? Be serious.
Very pleasant hotel close to the metro. Room was well appointed, quiet and very clean. All staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fantastic. They have a yoghurt machine. So cool. We had lunch which was brilliant. Pricey but worth it. Only one disappointment. They wanted to charge 15 euros for a couple to use swimming pool or 10 euros per person. I thought that the facility would be for all guests and was included in the price. It must be a cool hotel. The Genoa Serie A team was staying at the hotel at the same time. Well I was impressed.

Positives:The hotel it self is beautiful, the breakfast has a great selection and the staff were fab that served us. Loved the bedroom it was big spacious bright. Very good value for what I paid. The pool was very big and not disappointed as this was part of the reason why we booked the hotel was for the pool and spa facilities. negatives: before arrival I contacted the hotel to book two treatments in the spa, the main reception staff were great and had perfect English. Which was great because I don't speak Italian, but when transferred to the spa to make a booking the man on the phone spoke very little English and was difficult to understand so I was unable to make an appointment, I thought ok i will be able to do it on arrival, on arrival I was told to come back later as the masseuse was not there to confirm appointments.I thought ok I can try again later, went back down that evening to try and book an appointment to be told there was none available until Tuesday which was very frustrating as we checked out on Monday. Which was disappointing as this was the part of the holiday I was most looking forward too. We went to the pool we got there tonne told it was full and wouldn't be able to gain access. After complaining the man who took the spa bookings let us in and charged us 15 Euro.This was a first for me staying in a hotel and paying for a pool.I could understand paying to access a thermal suite not the pool in this case both were together.Lovely hotel but disappointed
