lovely resort for a family weekend treat.
Lovely hotel, wonderful location. Seems to appeal to families predominantly. We really enjoyed the pianist on Friday evening. The food was lovely, though we were a little uncomfortable with the buffet service (and sheer number of people using it) given the pandemic. Language was a little tricky with a limited number of staff who could speak English, but we were able to communicate in German, so not a major issue. Overall a good stay. Thank you.

The stay was O.K.
The location of the hotel is little bit far from the near city (Mikoljaki) 8.5 km and the road to the hotel is not very good.

SPA is opened till 21. But at the time I was visiting there was special time when SPA was opened from 21-23 without children allowed :)

Einmal nie wieder!
Die Hygiene Regeln werfen nicht voll durchgesetzt. Das Personal sprach NIEMANDEN darauf an. Zu den Mahlzeiten trugen viele weder Mund Nasenbedeckung noch Handschuhe. Termine im Spa für Ausländer nicht zu bekommen. Eine Woche im Hotel und nichts bekommen. Der einzige Termin ist vom Personal wegen fehlender Motivation verbummelt worden.😭🙈🙈🙈 Nach Starkregen konnte die Terasse nur noch teilweise genutzt werden, da NIEMAND die Terassen säubert.

Kambariai-patogūs, švarūs, tačiau lauke, vidiniame kieme tvarkos trūksta. Balkone grindys, turėklai, baldai prašosi remonto. Teko gerokai palaukti po numatyto atvykimo laiko kol paruoš, sutvarkys kambarį. Tačiau kompensacijai gavome vyno butelį ir saldumynu; tai paliko gera įspūdį.

חופשה במיקוליאקי
המלון שוכן בקירבת העיר מיקוליאקי.הדרך אליו הינה בדרךעפר של 2 ק"מ בנוסף לדרך הרגילה. בזמן גשם, המעבר אינו נעים. המלון עצמו הינו resort עצום הכולל ספא ואגם פרטי. הרבה מאוד פעילויות מים וספורט. מגוון רחב לילדים. ארוחת הבוקר טעימה וניתן לרכוש ארוחת ערב בופה ב 59 זלוטי.

Okolica wspaniała. Doskonałe miejsce aby się wyciszyć. Hotel bardzo dobrze przygotowany na wizytę dzieci. Córka zachwycona pokojem zabaw. Na terenie hotelu plac zabaw, trampoliny, wypożyczalnia rowerów oraz rowerków wodnych. nie było żadnego problemu z udostępnieniem piłek do zabaw na zewnątrz. Obsługa bardzo miła i przyjazna (oprócz jednego barmana niestety). Jedzenie pyszne, ogromny wybór dań. Polecam

Отличный семейный отель, есть всё что нужно для детей. Тихое, безопасное место вдали от дорог и городов. От Миколаек около 6 километров, часть дороги грунтовая и не очень ровная.

bardzo dobry hotel dla rodzin z dziećmi. fajna sala zabaw, ładne otoczenie, plaża, pomost, czyste jezioro, możliwośc wypożyczenia rowerków wodnych i kajaków. Wyjście do ogrodu bezpośrednio z pokoju. restauracja: śniadanie dobre choć wędliny mogłyby być lepsze, kolacje bogate w produkty ale wszystko na jedno kopyto: dużo sosu i majonezu. fajny BASEN: DUŻY I MAŁY DLA MAŁYCH DZIECI. MINUSEM JEST BRAK szlafroków.

Etablissement idéal pour un séjour de repos.
Seul reproche que l'on peut faire à ce séjour très agréable, la route d'accès à l'hôtel est "impraticable" pavés, sable et autres graviers sur 2 km.

Spedzilismy weekend w tym hotelu na poczatku lata. Hotel bardzo duzy daleko od wszystkiego, polozony nad mini jeziorkiem z mini plaza. Najblizsza okolica hotelu to glownie chwasty. Dojazd do hotelu zwirowo-kamienista droga, ktora niestety trzeba pokonywac udajac sie gdziekolwiek. Obsluga w hotelu malo profesjonalna. Hotel nastawiony na rodziny z dziecmi. My juz tam nie wrocimy.

Het hotel ligt 9 km buitenaf Mikolajki aan een onverharde weg. Er zijn veel voorzieningen voor kinderen, en je ziet er ook veel gezinnen met kleine kinderen. Ontbijt is goed met elke dag variaties. Avondeten is een buffet wat je prepaid aanschaft per dag. Op de kamer is er een waterkoker en 2 kopjes, maar geen thee of koffie, dat moet je zelf meenemen. Ook is er een koelkast met 2 flesjes water er in, de rest kun je bijvullen. Taal personeel is voornamelijk Pools en wat Duits, ik ben geen Engels sprekende tegengekomen in het hotel.

Bien si vous voulez être à l'écart....
Pas de clim dans les chambres. Complexe situé au milieu de nulle part, à 20 minutes en voiture de Miko. (chemin de terre). Complexe où l'on peut passer la journée tranquille - relax, loin du petit centre de Miko. Le resort offre tout sur place: lac privé, pédalo, transats, plage etc... J'ai eu la chance d'avoir une chambre au rez de chaussée : très pratique => balcon et voiture juste en face. Personnel TRES TRES sympa (surtout si vous essayez de parler un polonais!). Restau: bon et peu cher (excellents plats de poisson) SPA: génial => belle piscine, hammam, sauna jusque 22h! Massages: "OK". Petit dèj. quantité +++ variété + (on sent que la clientèle = classe moyenne - genre Patrick, Monique et les enfants... ) Pour moi, les gosses, les poussettes etc... ça faisait "cheap" - Mais bonne impression quand même! Je me suis reposé, bien mangé, TB spa. C'est juste pas un hôtel chic et classe.

Sehr schönes Hotel in schöner Umgebung.
Wir wussten, dass das Hotel etwas ausserhalb von Mikalejki liegt. Da wir aber gerne mit dem Fahrrad fahren wollten, war das auch kein Problem. Allerding war uns nicht bekannt, dass von den 9 km Entfernung, etwa 4 km Schotterpiste (Wellenpiste) zu bewältigen war. Auch für die Fahrt mit dem Auto war das nicht gerade sehr angenehm. Hätten wir das vorher gewusst, hätten wir eine andere Unterkunft gewählt.

Spedzilismy wraz z rodzina 3 wspaniale dni. Hotel polozony w spokojnej i cichej okolicy około 8 km od Mikolajek .Bardzo profesjnolna obsluga , wszystko na najwyższym swiatowym poziomie ! Goraco polecam to miejsce dla wszystkich odwiedzających Mazury i ceniących cisze i spokoj - szczególnie dla rodzin z małymi dziecmi . Na pewno tam jeszcze powrócimy :-)

Idéal pour des vacances au calme en famille.
Hôtel éloigné du centre de Mikolajki mais bien pour se détendre en pleine nature. Large choix d'activités à l'hôtel. Manque de personnel anglophone et la climatisation n'est pas d'office mise dans les chambres.
