Situated above Fuengirola within the urbanisation of la Sierrezuela, this villa is in an enviable, elevated position with commanding views over Mijas Costa.

The property is large, modern and perfect for families or group of friends looking for a home away from home. As you enter the property, an entrance hall leads to a modern lounge, dining room and fully equipped kitchen, with patio doors out to the large, inviting terrace area with wonderful views over the coast and surrounding countryside. All open plan, this area has been furnished with a lot of taste and offers plenty of modern appliances such as a Bluetooth speaker, Nintendo Wii and Netflix TV.

The villa benefits from comfortable air-conditioned bedrooms, two of which have ensuite bathrooms. Outside, steps lead down to the terrace which surrounds the pool area and large garden. You will find a fantastic outdoor kitchen with built-in barbecue, a gym with flat screen TV and some cosy and private areas perfect for relaxation. With a pretty, private garden on the lowest level for children to roam around in, the villa has been designed and furnished for the whole family.

A 10-minute drive will lead you to Fuengirola with its bars, restaurants and sandy beaches, or you can decide to head to pretty Mijas Pueblo to experience Flamenco displays and the famous donkey taxis.
