"Excellent studio apartment with all the facilities you'd need for a short stay, in a clean, modern building and at a great price. Great central location and good for trams, especially if travelling to Tramlines festival. Lots of extra facilities in building like a laundry room which was very useful. Would definitely stay again next time in Sheffield."

"Really poor communication - had to chase for confirmation which was still not received until the day of check in. Building is dirty and the vent from the bathroom ducts from the waste disposal area so the entire room had a terrible smell."

"Had everything we needed for a two night stay. Entrance areas are dark and dirty but apartment is clean and bed very comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. It wasn’t made clear on hotels.com that car parking is a public car park five minutes away which left us wondering where to park the car. Five minute walk to town. Excellent communication from Amanda. "

"The room overlooked the Shalesmoor tram stop and a busy roundabout so there was no break from traffic noise. Given the room was stinking hot and no aircon in summer, the only way of reducing noise was closing the window. Tv not working. No kettle, felt springs from bed"
