Burn Hall Hotel

Burn Hall Hotel

10/10 Excellent
"I stayed for one night and found the hotel suitable for a short stopover. It was quiet during the night, and I slept very well. Breakfast was good, and the staff members were genuinely lovely — warm, attentive, and helpful. I also appreciated that vegan sausage was available on request. On the other hand, the room would benefit from a deeper clean. While the bedding was fresh, the bathroom appeared to have been cleaned only superficially. A refurbishment of the facilities would make a noticeable difference to the overall experience. Overall, it served its purpose for a brief stay, with friendly service and a peaceful night’s rest."

"For what must be an older hotel, the amenities are excellent, modern and well kept, swimming pool is massive with a jacuzzi hot tub, didn’t use the spa but looks amazing, bedroom was lovely, a nice size overlooking the garden area, nice and quiet, didn’t use golf course but ‘The Pin’ is a great place to visit ( in hotel grounds) sports bar, bowling, driving range, shuttle board and lots more, friendly helpful staff, will definitely be back!"

Redworth Hall Hotel

10/10 Excellent
"The room was clean and tidy, however when we stayed last year we had bottles of water in our room but this was not the case this time, I brought my own last year but didn't this year as I thought that bottles of water would be in our room. I also requested an extra pillow as the 2 pillows I had were flat, reception made a note of this but the pillow never arrived. Staff were all very welcoming, helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was lovely with a variety of breakfast choices available. the staff were also very lovely. We enjoyed the spa it was busy at times and found the morning was less busy. The staff were helpful and very pleasant. There were games to play on the lawn which we took advantage of especially mini golf. We had a good time and enjoyed our stay at Redworth Hall Hotel."

"Good sized room and bathroom. Beds were comfortable, breakfast was good. The bathroom sink is extremely small so water ends up on the floor. The sinks in rooms need to be bigger. The carpets in rooms need a deep clean."
