Flat located on the 1st floor with 1 bedroom (double bed) and a sleeping area (1 bunk bed). There is a bright and cosy living room (sofa bed for 2 persons) with a fully equipped kitchen. From the terrace you can enjoy the sea view. One terrace has a lounge set and offers a splendid sea view, the 2nd sun-oriented terrace has a splendid view of the hinterland. The bedroom also offers access to the terrace with hinterland views.  Finally, there is a bathroom with bathtub and a separate toilet. For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted The situation with regard to traffic and parking differs from one town to the other. It might occur that only paid parking possibilities are available in the holiday home's surroundings It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
