"Clean room nice staff"

"What a great location for the pier, beach and the lanes. Walkable from the train station to get your bearings. I did feel the pool tiles were slippery under foot when wet so had to walk very slowly. Pool and showers where great and the Welsh chap on gym was very friendly and helpful. The lounge had awesome views which we used several times while staying. Our double king size room was great for my friend and myself. Thanks"

"Interesting concept, does what it says on the tin. Room looked well maintained and clean. Bed comfortable, pillows lovely, tv operational and managed to catch up with corrie and emmerdale, bathroom clean and sufficient - drain a bit smelly but my shower oils masked the smell and I just shut the door before nodding off"

"The lifts are not safe I was stuck in a lift for 40 minutes the lift was stuck on the 3 rd floor With the doors locked Eventually the fire brigade broke thru the doors I have filed a report with the hotel I videos to support my experience "
