"Kinda hard to list this property as it’s not an apartment (but you can use the kitchen) and it’s not just a room as it’s the size of small flat with plenty of space and your own wc on your own level of the house so it’s private too. It’s large, well furnished and fantastic location with a small car park just opposite it’s a great place for a couple of night stay. "

"I loved the whole area, quite beautiful and full of activity and bustle. It wasa lovely resort feel."

"The property is very clean, comfortable and generally well equipped, with excellent TV and Fridge. There are nice little extras obviously aimed at going the extra mile to make guests feel welcome. The location was good for the Marina, walking to the Pier areathe cliff side walk to Rottingdean. We are both 69 and did over 20,000 steps in two days but there are regular Busses as well."

"Fantastic stay at this apartment. The hosts are incredibly helpful, welcoming and easily reachable. Providing us with all the information we needed well in advance and also offering us a great recommendation for breakfast. The apartment is perfect for large groups and is within walking distance of everything you could possibly need for your stay in Brighton. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Well equiped studio flat in a convenient location. Could be cleaner, and the shower was a little tame. A few small improvements like a curtain/blind for the doors window and instructions for using the projector would have made the stay better. Having said that I’d consider staying again."

"Lovely location, nice apartment but was lacking good pillows and found mattress a bit hard , shower no pressure and temperature was either roasting or cold not the nicest of showers"
