Unfortunately, my experience fell far below expectations, especially considering the premium rate of approximately $700 per night. First, I was initially assigned Room 107, a one-bedroom villa that did not match the deluxe room I had reserved and paid for. The accommodations were outdated and did not reflect the quality or standard associated with a “deluxe” room. This was both disappointing and unacceptable given the cost. After raising this issue, I was relocated to Room 105B. While I appreciated the effort to move us, this room presented a new and ongoing problem: a persistent bug infestation. Despite notifying staff multiple times and having the room sprayed daily, the issue was never fully resolved. On one occasion, I encountered and killed a large roach, which I have photographic evidence of. This situation was extremely distressing and disruptive, making it impossible to enjoy my stay. Additionally, the constant need to report issues and coordinate room treatments significantly interrupted my vacation. I ultimately remained in the room based on repeated assurances from staff that the problem had been addressed, which unfortunately proved not to be the case. At the conclusion of my stay, I was offered a $150 credit as compensation.
