La Grange Thiebault+ can accommodate 11 people divided into two accommodations the main part with 4 bedrooms, which can accommodate 8 people and the studio which can accommodate 3 people; The villa is located in Miannay, 10km from Saint Valery sur Somme in the valley of the Trie a tributary of the Somme. A wooded region, a very beautiful flowery village, with many walks possible in the surrounding area. The house is an old barn built in the 19th century. It has been completely restored in the authentic spirit of the region with exposed beams and period framework. This barn was completely dismantled and the beams were replaced after the structural works was rebuilt. Ecology is key, and the villa is heated by geothermal energy with a solar water heater. Fully furnished with period regional furniture, it benefits from all modern comforts. Fully equipped kitchen, Wi-FI,for remote working TV's equipped with Chomecast . Outside, you will find a completely private heated pool from May 1st to september 30th or longer depending on the outside température, and numerous terraces where you can admire a magnificent vue on the valley.
Reservations throughout the year are for a minimum of 2 days on the weekend, a minimum of 3 days during the week, and a minimum of 7 days in July/august, from Friday to Friday.
