The unique issue was the parking was able when we arrived to the property! And we has lo left our car out site and we didn’t sleep well, because we were worried about our car can be towed!

We stayed at the Zen Residences for 8 nights. The outside may look a little obscure from the street, but the inside has a calming peaceful atmosphere. Very roomy. We had problems finding a hotel/motel that included a microwave, refrigerator and free parking. Zen has a full kitchen including table and chairs, utensils, tableware and cookware. There is no onsite office. However, you can email the contact and you will receive a quick response. We were very happy with our stay here and plan to stay again.

Thank you for your feedback. The security deposit is automatically released upon check out following bank processing time given there are no damaged or missing items in the property. It takes 5 to 7 business days for the amount to reflect on the card that you used for the deposit.

The property has been around a long time and it shows. The rooms are cleaned but when I got there I saw that chemical sprays were used on stains rather than a full wash. The blankets were wet in strange spots and there was little to no sound barrier between rooms/outside. Seemed more like a hostel stay.

Please take note that the professional cleaning team we employ uses the guidelines and standards that the hospitality community requires especially during this time to uphold the health and safety of our guests. As stated in the listing description this is a vacation rental place more like an apartment building rented by various guests.

This is an affordable option if staying in Miami but it is quite the distance from Miami Beach area so I would suggest getting a rental. The noise level is up there either from the road traffic or from other guests or from property maintenance crew of neighbouring buildings. Other than that, place is a clean with a great AC system.

Bring your own toilet paper!
3 rolls of toilet paper for a 5 day stay with 3 people in the room! When I asked for more they said they would not supply more complementary toiletries than what has been already supplied! What a joke. Hotel was clean and with amenities close by. Unless you take your own toilet paper don’t bother going!

So when we first got in the unit was way bigger than I expected I was initially happy for the additional space. However, as I explored the unit the floor was sinking and the wood palates we're lifting so much the flooring did not feel safe. The bed sheets felt damp As if someone sprayed air freshener on the sheets. The restroom ceiling had mold EVERYWHERE it most definitely posed a health risk during my stay. Several times throughout the night me and my guest heard abnormal rumbling as if it was a raccoons fighting, turns out to be two teen kids on the roof having sex. It was very disgusting and disturbing it has disrupted my evening significantly. The side of the bed were not cleaned we found old personal items that was not sanitary especially during these times. Coffee machine was used during my stay but there was no form of condiments no sugar no cream. I suggest they should seal off that stair way in the dining area it is creepy and accessible for guest to open.

The property is not as advertised. Furniture in the room was broken. The couch was also ripped and they covered it with a blanket. It's a non smoking room and we found Marijuana products and it smelled like smoke. There was supposed to be a lounge area in the common area and there was no furniture at all. Asked for a call back from the property manager since Friday and no one is returning my call.

Wir haben diese Unterkunft vorab als erste Unterkunft für unseren Miami Aufenthalt für 2 Nächte gebucht und vorab bezahlt. Wie gefordert haben wir vorab dem Motel eine Email geschrieben wann wir ankommen und einchecken möchten, da das Motel nicht über eine Rezeption verfügt. Als wir nach der langen Anreise ankamen war am Motel niemand! Wir haben versucht unter der angegebenen Telefonnummer eine Stune land jemanden zu erreichen beim Motel aber leider vergebens! Auch bereits anwesende Gäste haben versucht das Motel über Telefon, andere Telefonnummern aus dem Internet und Whatsapp zu kontaktieren ebenfalls vergeblich! Wir hätten einen Code fürs Zimmer per Mail erhalten müssen, haben diesen aber nie bekommen. Das ist nun 2 Wochen her und Motel hat sich bis heute nicht zurück gemeldet! Wir konnten losziehen und uns schnell ein anderes Hotel suchen, was dann natürlich teurer war! Auch Expedia, die wir ebenfalls vor 2 Wochen kontaktieren um unser Geld zurück zu bekommen hat sich bis heute nicht gemeldet! Eine Unverschämtheit! Ich würde dieses Motel daher nie wieder buchen!

We are really sorry for the inconvenience. Our team send the check-in instruction on the morning of the arrival. And the code should be active by 4pm which is the check-in time. I apologize for the inconvenience if you were not able to reach us but our Contact Center is open every day including Holidays and Sundays from 8am to 8pm. You can even reach us via the platform you booked from as well as through direct email/ You can also send a text message. Except for calls our people will be able to respond to to texts, messages and emails 24/7. If you are requesting for a refund you need to cancel the booking and request the amount you paid from Expedia. I hope you posted your name so we can check what really happened! Your feedback is appreciated.
