Any object left by a previous guest or part of the apartment, can be a non intentional hazard, depending on the age of the guest. We are not responsible if you get injure or damage for parts or objects left by other guests or parts of the apartment and that we didn’t notice at the cleaning or maintenance time. Fraudulent listing by Victoria Rentals.

We have booked this "amazing views rooftop 30th floor" apartment for our dream vacation. Upon arriving we have been handed over the keys to an apartment on 12th floor. Since all the apartments are the same in the building (setup, furniture, equipment) it was the view that was the most important to us. 12th floor was not what we have paid for so we decided to cancel the booking with Victoria Rentals and rent from other company in the same building an apartment that was in accordance with the description. Victoria Rentals refused to give us our money back, saying it makes no difference if it is 30th or 12th floor. This listing is a fraud. Unfortunatelly Vrbo was not helpful at all and just don't care.
