There are several amazing parks within walking distance, basketball courts and a pirate ship park.
Walking distance from local supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants and more.
The public beach offers chairs and umbrellas for rent, if your not in the mood to shlep.
The beach boardwalk goes all the way down to south beach - hop on a citibike and go on our own tour
The local beach also offers kitesurfing and other active attractions
Take the free trolley that runs until midnight on Collins Avenue, to further explore the neighborhood.
