Welcome to South Beach Villas @southbeachvillas. This newly renovated (Sept 2023) 5 bedroom 9 Bed "Kew West Inspired" luxury vacation home is perfect for groups of 10 to 18 people where you and your guests can enjoy your own private gated waterfront home overlooking $20 Million Dollas properties off the Inter-Coastal Waterway. Fun Fact: our canal is actually a beautiful freshwater fed river filled with manatees, dolphins and other tropical wildlife, called The Little River. Enjoy fishing off the dock or just watch the activity as the water lights up at night.

Our home is a custom built beachhouse design and features a bright, open concept layout. Designed as a luxury, Key West style beach house, this executive waterfront estate is very conveniently located in Miami's trendy Upper East Side between tropical Belle Meade Island and Miami's Treasure Islands and is fully equipped with all of the convenience features and amenities to make your stay a 5 star experience.. We also offer free concierge service as part of your stay.. Let us arrange a private yacht charter, in house chef service, bartending or daily housekeeping. Just ask and we will be happy to help.

We are also just 15 minutes away from all major attractions including the Art Deco District of South Beach, Downtown Miami, Wynwood, Miami's Design district, the Cruise Ship Docks and Miami's International Airport , this Private residence is also conveniently situated in the middle of all Miami's famous shopping districts, golf courses, beaches, water sports and entertainment facilities. Miami is known for its sports teams so you can conveniently catch your favorite baseball, football, basketball or hockey games along with other sporting events just minutes away from our home.

From the moment you walk through the front door, you'll be consumed by a luxurious view of tasteful furnishings and a private backyard oasis with heated saltwater pool, comfortable outdoor furniture and beautiful ocean views.

Great house and location

This house was wonderful and fit our needs. The heated pool, kayaks, fire pit, outdoor bbq, and roomy house were all wonderful. The house was also very well located and seemed to be in a very safe area. I would definitely stay here again.

Unreal- we are coming back!!

I can't stress enough how amazing our trip was from beginning to end. John was communicative with me for months (poor guy- lol!) and made everything perfect. The house was beautiful, view was phenomenal, boat was beautiful and we did a catered meal to the house which was one of our favorite parts. Can't stress enough how enjoyable you made our vacation (group of 10 girls!!) and how excited we are to come back. Thank you again!

Incredible house, Incredible service!

We had an absolute blast staying at this house. The house is so beautiful and we had 11 staying there but it could easily fit more. There are 5 bedrooms but plenty of extra beds and places to sleep. John and his staff were so kind and friendly! They were prompt in getting back to us with any questions or concerns. DO THE YACHT! It's worth every penny. We had such an incredible time on the boat! Robert was an incredible captain and went way above and beyond. We had such a great time that day, it made our trip! The house is really central to all of Miami and ubers are cheap. I'm happy we didn't stay in South Beach because we would have been a lot farther away from the Wynwood area and airport. We loved our experience so much we want to make it a yearly trip! Thank you so much John and crew!

AMAZING!!!

Where do I start? If I could I would rate this property 100 it was amazing and the pictures doesn't do it justice. There was more than enough space for my friends and I (12). When we arrived Randy (property manager) went over everything from the stereo system to the gas grill. We were also lucky enough to have John in town for the weekend, who I can't THANK enough. John went above and beyond to make sure everyone enjoyed themselves and he makes a mean espresso, just saying. John was extremely responsive to emails and made sure all my questions were answered in detailed. We enjoyed the chief cooked breakfast which was to die for and we wish we would have taken the opportunity to enjoy the yacht for the day. We have been home for a week now and everyone is still ranting and raving about what a GREAT time they had and wondering when are we going back. THANK YOU John!!!

Beyonds Expectations!

I rented this property with 11 of my girlfriends for my bachelorette party this past weekend. From the very beginning of the planning process- John responded promptly, and was always quick to answer any questions. He made this trip seamless and was helpful in giving suggestions for places to visit or eat on our trip. The house was beautiful, clean, and exceeded my expectations. We had John cook dinner for us on our first night as well as a brunch the next day and both were exceptional. If I could do it over, would've had every meal catered at the house! We did the yacht trip on Saturday- which I highly recommended. It was an unforgettable experience. The boat is beautiful with plenty of space, and this was definitely the highlight of our trip. John went out of his way to ensure this was a special trip for us and he did not disappoint. He is an amazing owner, boat captain, chef, and one of the nicest people ever, and he made this the best ever. Already can't wait to visit again in the future. Thank you John!!

Exceptional in Every Way

Where to begin! John and his property manager Yudel went above and beyond to make our stay incredible!!! Not only delivered on what was advertised, way way way exceeded it. First of all the house is safe and secure - with a private coded automatic gate. Huge wow factor the minute you pull up. The house and grounds are stunning and impeccable. We were there to celebrate a bachelorette and the weather was chilly so John had already cranked up the pool temp so that we were comfortable - didn’t even have to ask. We ordered supplies etc that arrived before our stay and John and Yudel coordinated, signed for the delivery and put everything away so that by the time we got there and checked in everything was in place and the alcohol was chilled. John provided us not only with the contact info of Yudel the amazing property manager but his own information as well - both were reachable at all times. He also came by after we checked in to show us around the home and introduce himself which we really appreciated. The house is stocked with everything you would need to host a beautiful weekend getaway - glasses, plates, cutlery, clean towels, etc etc etc - wven a balloon inflater! I’m new to vrbo - this was my first time booking but it was so perfect and seamless it will not be my last. Highly recommend this home for anyone considering a bachelorette. There were 6 of us but there was plenty of room for more. Just a perfect stay! Thank you John and Yudel!

Miami Paradise for Cali girls

From the initial booking to the final check-out, we couldn't have asked for a more professional and gracious host than John and his staff. John was extremely communicative leading up to our stay and had no problem with answering any question that myself or my friends came up with. The house was spacious and clean (big deal for me in a rental house). Every girl in our party of 8 was able to have a bed which doesn't always happen on trips. The backyard was amazing and that is where we spent the majority of our time. I definitely took a afternoon snoozer on the hammock. We enjoyed a day out on John's yacht and luckily he was accommodating for a later start than we all planned for as we were running late.... Miami tends to do that to you. While we were frantically getting ready, John offered to go pick up our pre-ordered sandwiches from the market. He did not have to do this and we couldn't have been more grateful! Once we were all ready to go, it was the best afternoon we had in Miami. We felt like royalty cruising around and looking at the beautiful scenery and homes. John took us to a sand bar and hooked us up to another boat to party. It was the envy of all our friends back home! We had brunch made for us on Sunday and we were all extremely satisfied with our meal. The gourmet grilled cheeses were killer, highly recommend! Overall, it was the best trip we've ever been on all thanks to John and his staff. We all hope to stay again!!!
