Guest Access:
Kindly inform us of your expected arrival time so a team member can meet you for check-in and provide access to the apartment. Please note that check-ins after 10 PM incur an additional fee: $40 for arrivals between 10 PM – 12 AM and $50 for arrivals between 12 AM – 2 AM.

Valet
The rate is $50/day for guests staying 28 days or less. For guests staying 29 days or longer, the valet service is $255/month, and you must register your car with the Master Association in Tower 2.

This does not include unlimited ins and outs. Every time they bring their car to the valet, they will be charged depending on how long their car is on the lot.

Below are the hourly rates:
0 - 1 hours: $11.00
1 - 4 hours: $19.00
4 - 10 hours: $24.00
10 - 24 hours: $42.00
Lost ticket: $34.00
Plus, the time the car has been on the lot.
