Modern design and luminous fully furnished. Equipped with microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator freezer, oven, stove, dishwasher, flatware, dinnerware and basic cooking utensils.

$25 per day for stays of 7–15 days   
$20 per day for stays of 15–29 days   
$300 per month for stays of 30 days.   
Stays exceeding 30 days are charged $300 + $10 per additional day  
• Please be informed that a security deposit of $250 will be held at the check-in. Credit or debit card will be required. No cash will be accepted. The amount will be reinstated to the card at the end of the stay, provided there are no damages to the property or no rules violated.
