The Space:
With 4 carefully decorated rooms, “Duna” is designed to accommodate up to 10 guests, offering an ideal retreat for families and groups of friends. Every detail, from the quarry materials to the contemporary furnishings, has been selected to provide you with an unforgettable stay.

Located in the heart of Polanco, you will be surrounded by the best restaurants, boutiques and parks in the city, making your stay at “Duna” an unparalleled experience in Mexico City. Come and discover the perfect harmony between modern design and natural warmth in a space where every corner is designed for your comfort.

Other Things to Note:
* Once the reservation is made, it is not possible to reduce the number of guests or nights. Also, we can't make dates changes.

* If you want a baby travel crib or a high chair, please let us know in advance so we can provide it, also in case you have an additional requirement please inform us to find the best option for you and your companions.

* In Mexico City we do not use heaters or air conditioning. We recommend you to be aware of the weather forecast and pack your bags with the clothes that best fit the weather :).

* Mexico City has presented water shortages in the area. If there is a possibility of water shortage, we will be alert at all times.

We provide one towel per person per stay, most of our apartments have washing and drying machines or are located close to a laundry.

Interaction with Guests:
Mexico City is full of culture, gastronomy, and art! We will provide you with recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area, as well as in the most popular neighborhoods in the city.

Additionally, we will be attentive to anything our guests may need :). Our online availability hours are from 9am to 10 pm.

Security Deposit
For reservations made outside of Airbnb, Vrbo, or our website, we require a valid credit card to place a security deposit hold. This hold is not a charge and is automatically released after checkout, provided there are no damages or breaches during the stay.

Girls Birthday Trip

We enjoyed our stay in the condo. Well appropriated and clean. Communication was prompt and the doorman was always on duty. It was a lovely condo and I do recommend. Only minor mentions would be that the fourth bedroom should be noted as a maids quarters located off the kitchen and laundry room. It is not like the others. My friend took the room and used the fan for white noise. The area and building was relatively quiet as well. Thank you, we had a fabulous time in CDMX.

Polanco week

older apartment building in the heart of Polanco, within walking distance of mayor attractions and nightlife. The fourth bedroom and attached bathroom is not adequately reoresented. it is sufficient for a fourth couple not expected to enjoy the comfort of the other three bedrooms or two full bathrooms

Great stay in México City/Polanco

The apartment is in a great location in Polanco a very nice area away from downtown Mexico City about a 30 min Uber/taxi depending on traffic. There are many restaurants and amenities near by. There was some noise that some in our family experienced after 10pm which we adhered to, but others did not. Outside of that our doormen/security guards were very attentive to our needs. The accomodations were very good. Even with no AC it was not hot in the apartment at night. Muchas Gracias al todo equipó!!

Very spacious apartment. Excellent host. Building is guarded 24/7 and the guards are super nice. The location is amazing. Would definitely stay here again.
