Amazing and beautiful apartment with a private terrace , very well located in a nice street in Narvarte neighborhood. It is a very sunny place were you can be connected easily to the whole city. You have near restaurants (walking distance), city center at 15 minutes in bus, airport at 15 minutes in car, big shopping mall with supermarket at 10 minutes walking, park in the corner, cafes and public transport (Metro, metrobus, buses)
Ideally for couples or friends, for short or long stays.

It has 2 bedrooms, one with queen size bed and bathroom and a full closet. The second one has a king sofá bed, desk and full closet. Both with blackout curtains. It has a second complete bathroom (ideally for the second room), Fully equiped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, blender and a big fridge with filter for cold water and ice, as well cookware, dishes and cutlery. It has a room service with wash and dryer machine and iron. The terrace is really nice, you can enjoy the weather or just relax, it is full equiped with two sofas, where you can enjoy the sun and drink a beer or make a BBQ, it has a small grill for you. The common space has a big sofá , TV , dinning table for 4 people that can become bigger until 10 people. The appartment has 1 parking that is available for our guest.
