"Our stay at Grand Fiesta Americana Coral Beach was truly unforgettable. This was our 4th stay, and once again, it exceeded our expectations. The resort is beautiful, but what made our vacation so memorable was the exceptional hospitality of the staff.
A very special thank you to Alejandro, the buffet manager/supervisor. He is one of the kindest and most professional people we have met. He made us feel genuinely welcome every single day. If I could rate his service, I would give him 10 out of 10. His attention to detail, warmth, and dedication to guest satisfaction are outstanding.
We would also like to recognize Carlos, Iniake, Antonio, Noe, and Fernando. They consistently went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. What impressed us the most was that every time we entered Isla Contoy for breakfast or lunch, they already knew exactly what we wanted before we even asked. Our green juice and white rice would already be on the way, making us feel like family rather than just guests.
We were a large group of 16 people, dining together for four consecutive days for both breakfast and lunch. Despite the size of our group and the extra effort it required, they were always patient, friendly, organized, and genuinely happy to serve us. Even when they had to walk to another kitchen or restaurant just to get us white rice, they did so with a smile and never made it seem like an inconvenience.
