"Birthday gift. Hotel is good and very comfortable. Small issues but overall we had a great weekend. Reception desk computer covers half the desk when you sit down. Bar area good be better but the lounge space is very comfortable. Light dimmers would be nice in the evening though. We wanted a small snack after 9.30pm but the kitchen closes so nothing available except crisps. Good points - everyone was lovely. "We love to stay in B and Bs with charm. This one definitely has it. The staff is very gracious. The sitting room and dining area downstairs was very nice. Comes with. Hot breakfast to order. Our room had a quaint view of some of the other village homes. Our room was very nice and very clean. Location is great. Easy to walk to lots of things and overnight parking on the street was right outside. "
