The hot water was difficult to get perfect. The staff was kind and wonderful during the stay. Being within walking distance of many restaurants and stores was a wonderful plus. Really enjoyed my stay, and housekeeping was so very nice!

I really love the hotel, so cute and the location is perfect. The only issue is no chairs on the balcony or in the room. Everything else was amazing. I will book again if I come back to Merida.

Parking was a bit of a tricky issue with this hotel. They have no affiliation with any close lots and the one across the street was very costly - 500 pesos/night, which is nearly half the room cost. We had to venture a couple blocks for something at 300 pesos overnight. The hotel staff were very pleasant and allowed us to store our luggage at reception, since we were early. The room is very clean with a comfortable bed (IMO). The only setback we had, which is not the fault of the hotel was that there is a noticeable music noise from a neighboring business (not sure which one?), and despite asking for a quiet room, was heard. Turning on the AC mitigated about half the sound. Overall decent value for money and extremely walkable/close to everything in the center.

Great location. We had a room at the back, so it was also very quiet. Room was good value for the price. No fridhe or coffee in the room. Walkable to many restaurants and the local sites. Our one big problem was that we had only cold water in the shower for our three night stay. Also the water in the bathroom sink only came out in a small dribble. Mentioned this to the front desk every day, but no solution was offered. The young man at the desk was sympathetic, but unable to help. I set a messageto the hotel management afterwards, but so far no response. Too bad because everything else was very good.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, esta limpio todas sus instalaciones apesar qué es 1 sola la persona que se encarga de la limpieza de habitación doña Paty,señora mayor aunqno son muchas las habitaciones no deja de ser un desgaste para cualquier persona,cuenta con escaleras para su admisión ala recepcion y el primer piso unas 4 a 5 habitaciones,y es la parte posterior de uno de 2 restaurante qué se encuentran al frente, 2do piso unas 6 habitaciones igual aproximadamente y las de al frente dan a una de las principales calles del centro de Mérida la 60,y el 3er piso unas 4 habitaciones amplias y las 2 al frente con balcon y mesas y camastro y dillas,con bsñera con hidromasaje,a un costado del emblemático parque santa Lucía, y a media cuadra de uno de los emblemático y tradicional restaurante la chaya maya, las habitaciones son amplias y si quieren descansar es cuestión que sean de en medio o al final por el ruido de la calle,sin duda si va uno con esa mentalidad lo va tener presente pero como esta a unos 50 metros de la esquina el tráfico es lento y disminuye el ruido,ahora,si todos los huéspedes respetarán el reglamento estaría mejor,pero se dice que el ejemplo se pone en casa,nos a tocado q llegarán una familia que ocupaba 2 o 3 cuarto abajo junto a la alberca,Parecían qué eran los dueños o por lo menos parientes quizás porqué nunca faltó el escandaloso qué se siente el macho Alfa y para todo era gritar,las habitaciones cómodas espaciosas,limpias y un buen baño,recomendado

Ojo: El hotel no cuenta con estacionamiento y el convenio que tienen con un estacionamiento solo lo limita a 3 tarjetas, así que si están pensando hospedarse aquí piensen que probablemente paguen más de 300 pesos de estacionamiento o estacionar en las calles del centro y esperar que no le pase nada al coche. El hotel está muy bonito y cómodo, el personal es amable pero ese detalle es el que se piensa al momento de hacer una reserva

En pocas palabras lo bueno de este hotel es solamente la ubicación. El personal no era amable, se mostraban molestas y se reflejó en el trato; estábamos en la habitación más al fondo y se escuchaba tooodooo (lo de la calle, cuartos contiguos, lo de arriba que era la recepción, todo); la habitación a simple vista se ve linda pero tiene muchas fallas: en el colchón te hundías completamente, no salía agua caliente y tanto en la regadera como el wc no se iba el agua (muy incómodo bañarte con agua fría y la regadera toda inundada o hacer del baño y que el wc tampoco sirviera). Muchas “áreas de oportunidad” en un hotel que se vende como boutique y no es de los más baratos, no lo recomiendo a menos que solo busques ubicación céntrica.

La habitación 24 sumamente ruidosa, un pañuelo facial usado en el piso, una ventana que da a un pasillo junto a la recepción y no se podía dormir, el aire acondicionado arriba de la cabecera de la cama, nos cambiaron a la 21 y el agua caliente a veces funcionaba pero poca cantidad , se reportó pero nos dijeron que así era , creo que hay mejores opciones de alojamiento en los alrededores y quizá menos costoso
