we had a very nice stay. The staff were friendly and helpful and the location was perfect for seeing Merida, just steps from great dining and located on the paseo for comfortable walks along the historic street.

The hotel is boutique type. It’s beautiful, the room super big and bathroom awesome. The drinks at the bar were delicious and breakfast super! Definitely my place to come back. Awesome staff.

Our stay was amazing and better than expected. The place is new and very well maintained. Location is a walking distance from amazing restaurants, cafes, and pubs. Parking is available on the street but a private parking for the hotel is also provided if needed. The staff were super helpful. They assisted with anything we asked including food advice and places to visit which all turned to be superb. Would repeat the stay if we ever visit Mérida again. Keep up the good work.

Everything was perfect. First time to Merida and very pleasant one, starting with our hotel. Location couldn’t be better, lots of dining and shopping options within walking distance. When comeback to Merida, we will definitely stay here again.

A good hotel. We had problems with excessive noise from an adjacent bar (room 4) - you want to avoid this room - but was dealt with promptly when raised. Great location otherwise, near best restaurants in Merida

Love this hotel and highly recommend. Staff is extremely cordial and helpful. Location is right on the promenade and very close to numerous restaurants and coffee shops. Depending on fitness, you can walk to many museums and notable squares. Rooms were clean, beds, pillows and linens first class and comfy. Lovely bar and lobby. Quiet hotel that is nicely done in MCM style and reasonably priced. Can’t say enough positive things about it. We would definitely stay again.

Nos encanto el hotel, el personal fue super atento y amable. Las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas, estaba super limpia, y con muchos detalles como cafe, camas comodas, jabon de esencias o un dulce cada noche despues de preparar la cama para nuestra llegada. La ubicación es muy céntrica te puedes ir caminando a los puntos de interes, y ademas es super seguro. 100% recomendado.

Es un plus que tenga estacionamiento muy seguro (tiene una reja). El personal fue muy amable y atento incluso antes de nuestra llegada Estaba festejando mi aniversario y nos dieron un detalle muy lindo en la habitación. Nos encantó la decoración interior.
