The hotel is well located, right in from the of the bus terminal and walkable distance to the main centre of the city. The room was nice and clean, however the AC does not work properly, after sometime it starts making very annoying noises and stops cooling. Staff are really friendly and helpful, they allowed me to store my bags before the check in time, since I have to go for an appointment at the US consulate. I'll be considering booking this hotel in the future.

The hotel was thoroughly clean, and the staff was helpful and friendly. However, from my room (103), the walls were so thin I could hear voices and whatever media was playing in the lobby.

Arriving at the hotel was easy access. It is on a super busy street but you are not affected by the noise unless your room is close by the road. Initially entering the property I took a picture of the inside to compare to online photos because they were clearly different which I under professional photos to enhance aesthetics. Hallways on the main floor were primarily dark only lights on in the evening. My room was nice and very comfortable. The bathroom toilet was too close to the shower. I had to open the shower glass to sit comfortably on the toilet. Yes, I took a picture to show how tight it was. Staff was great we used Google translate to communicate. On sight breakfast was good as well very nice and tasty food. It’s a very walkable area with plenty of things to do and local food vendors, pharmacy next door… Do not use the taxis they were charging $450 pesos for a rode to the airport. Uber and Uber X were way cheaper. I would stay here again.

Ok for a one night stay. Conveniently located across from Ado terminal and many restaurants, plaza, cathedral. Had basic room which was very small especially the bathroom. Toilet smelled of urine. Good water pressure & hot water. AC was well cold and wifi and tv worked fine. Designated smoking area was out front on sidewalk. Exterior was very dirty and smelly
