The housekeeping staff was the absolute highlight of this stay, they would leave the room spotless and fresh when asked. The hotel itself though is under major renovations and being on vacation in a place with constant drilling, banging, and movement of large pieces of wood and other materials should be made transparent to customers. I would’ve stayed somewhere else if I had known this. The breakfast is obviously still being worked out as well because it was very inconsistent. I think the hotel has a lot of potential, it’s gorgeous, but I just don’t think they should be hosting guests right now when other hotels charge similar prices for better or same quality.

El lugar es super céntrico, el problema fue que fuimos cuando justo estaban haciendo remodelaciones, entonces los trabajadores llegaban muy temprano y hacían ruido y afuera de la habitación olía horrible a pintura, otro detalle es que no habia agua FRIA si te husta bañarye con agua hirviendo es perfecto y aunque nos quejamos no hubo cambio y después de bañarte olía a drenaje todo el baño .

Califico de terrible a la app de Expedía pues el hotel en cuestión estaba en remodelación totalmente en ruinas, lo único bueno es que salió una señora muy amable que nos llevó a otro hotel muy cerca que se llama Casona de las Tres Marias que nos pareció muy lindo, limpio, agradable y lo mejor fue el trato de todos los trabajadores del hotel, esto fue lo que salvo nuestra estancia ahí.
